Yes. Many of the larger brokerages require that their agents upload their transaction and papework to their platforms. KingWest is familiar with various systems and will comply with your Broker’s requirements.

No. We all are striving for a successful close of escrow. Sometimes transactions fall through in spite of everyone’s efforts. KingWest understands that no one is getting paid not even us. If escrow cancels there is no charge for services rendered.

Since KingWest Transaction Services started in 2004, we have been working with agents throughout California. Besides complying with the Department of Real Estate requirements, your particular broker’s checklist, local area ordinances and regulations that pertain to real estate, you can be assured that your file will be in full compliance.
No. KingWest Transaction Services does not accept major credit cards, however for your convenience we will send our invoice to escrow for payment. For fee information, please refer to the ‘Our Services’ tab.
You, your broker and your client will all receive a copy of the closed file. The Department of Real Estate requires Brokers to retain transaction records, including contracts , listing agreements , and other related documents for at least three years.
Just give us a call to establish service. Complete the “Transaction Coordinating Agreement”. Then email your contracts and supporting documents in addition to your clients contact and escrow information. It’s that easy!
